Care Worker of the Month

At Home Care Assistance, we see our Care Workers as part of our family.  Our Care Workers all share in our belief that the lives of older Australians should be enhanced as a result of our care, not just maintained. Our rigorous selection criteria means we only employ 1 in every 25 applicants and we are very proud of the professional standards we uphold together as a result.

Most of our employees have previous experience with other companies or senior care facilities but have found their “home” with us, where they are treated with respect and encouraged to be an active member of the entire team that is caring for your loved one.

We are extremely proud of our Carer Workers, and we make a point of celebrating their success and honouring their dedication to our individuals and families through our ‘’Care Worker of the Month’’ award program. As a way to give thanks, we shine a light on one of our committed and passionate Care Workers once a month, sharing their story on both a local and company-wide level. We are so grateful to have them as part of our family helping us achieve our mission to change the way the world ages.
