Whether you are cooking for a small crowd, want a simple meal without all of the hassles of a long cooking time or just prefer the white meat, this turkey breast recipe is deliciously easy to prepare and make in a pinch. Most stores stock boneless or partially boned turkey breasts. If the turkey isn’t available then chicken breasts would be a delicious alternative.
